Looking at these pics makes me realize how much I love my hair. It was so nice to exchange natural hair tips with ladies all around. Thank you for organizing a lovely event, looking forward to more! :)

Hey naturals! feeling bad that i missed this event(i am a new comer in the natural hair world:)
I have a question..not sure if this is the place to ask it..anywhoo.. i read lots of blogs on natural hair including yours and Myfroandi etc and i try to follow all suggestions religiously.

So..am getting married soon yaye! big day is on Feb 2nd 2013. I would love to rock my natural afro-its not that big, about 3 inches when shrunk. My sisters and all my friends are against it..i guess they know nothing of afro.
So i need help! Please!

Looks like it was a success and such fun, good to see some gentlemen in the crowd too. Definitely inspiring for anyone who may not think they can wear their own hair and look good! Thank you for sharing the photos.
