Forgive me I think I have been watching too much Modern Family and Sofia Vergara is the woman I want to be in my next life...In fact I think her body should be the inspiration for this post.
Moving on, So from our faithful commenters and followers we decided to come up with a fitness challenge.I think we should do a 6 week challenge; thats only a month and a half. We shall all begin by measuring our bust, waist and hips and recording this down, we can also weigh ourselves however I do not think this is the best approach because I for example lost a lot of inches however my weight remained near the same. Gaining muscle can make you heavier.
So what are the rules
- Drink at least 2 litres of water per day. If you work out a lot or live in a very hot area then you can increase the amount of water you drink. However drinking too much water can be very dangerous and even fatal!
- Exercise 4 times a week. This can be any kind of exercise e.g. fitness class, running, walking, swimming, cycling, fitness video etc.
- Avoid getting on the scales to check your weight.
- Enjoy more fruits and vegetables
This challenge is not to encourage anyone to lose weight or encourage negative body image, The aim of the challenge is to help each other incorporate more exercise into our daily lives.
